An Outlook Address book is a set of address lists and users' contact information. When you address an email message, the Address book is used to search for e-mail addresses, names, and distribution lists. If Outlook is using an Exchange Server account, this address book is stored in OST file.
In the events like, mailbox crash or deletion, database corruption and others, OST becomes orphaned and unusable. As a result, the OST File Address Book can also be not accessed. To regain its access, you need to convert the unusable offline folder-OST to a form that can be read by the application i.e. PST.
Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Desktop v4.0 ensures safe retrieval of address book from an OST. The Convert OST to PST product efficiently converts the OST file to PST, thereby letting you access the lost address book.
